Veterinary Endectocide

COMPOSITION: DICROMEC^® Oral Tablet is a yellow colored, oval tablet with a notch line in the middle. Each tablet contains 250 mg praziquantel and 10 mg ivermectin.
INDICATIONS: DICROMEC^® Oral Tablet is a combination of a broad-spectrum endectocide and cestocide used in the control of the following internal and external parasites in sheep and lambs.
Gastrointestinal nematodes (adult-larvae): Haemonchus sp., Ostertagia sp., Trichostrongylus sp., Strongyloides papillosus, Oesophagostomum sp., Cooperia sp., Dictyocaulus sp.
Cestods: Moniezia expensa, Stilesia globipunctata, Avitellina centripunctata, Cycticercus tenuicolli (adult)
Liver fluke: Dicrocoelium dendriticum
Nasal bot: Oestrus ovis
Scabies: Psoroptes communis ovis, Sarcoptes scabei bovis
Acarid: Boophylus sp.
Lice: Linognathus vituli

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Unless recommended otherwise by the veterinarian, the pharmacological dose is 5 mg/kg bw for praziquantel and 0.2 mg/kg bw for ivermectin in sheep.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD (S): Sheep should not be slaughtered for human consumption during the treatment or for 28 days following the last treatment. It is not used in sheep producing milk for human consumption.

STORAGE INFORMATION AND SHELF-LIFE: Store at room temperature (15-25 ºC).
