Veterinary Anthelmintic
COMPOSITION: FASIZAK® Oral Tablet is a yellow colored, oval tablet with a notch line in the middle. Each tablet contains 500 mg triclabendazole and 375 mg levamisole HCl.
INDICATIONS: It is used in cattle, calves, heifers, sheep and lambs, especially acute fascioliasis nematode invasion.
Liver trematodes: Fasciola hepatica, F.gigantica, Dicrocoelium dentriticum (adult-larvae forms)
Small intestine nematodes: Cooperia sp., Trichostrongylus sp., Bunostomum sp., Nematodirus sp.
Large intestine nematodes: Oesophagostomum sp., Chabertia sp., Trichuris sp.
Lung worms: Dictyocaulus viviparus and D.filaria (adult-larvae forms)
Stomach nematodes: Haemonchus sp., Ostertagia sp., T.axei
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION: Unless recommended otherwise by the veterinarian, 10 mg/kg bw for triclabendazole and 7.5 mg/kg bw for levamisole.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD (S): Cattle and sheep should not be slaughtered for human consumption during the treatment or for 28 days after the last treatment. Do not be use in lactating cows and sheep producing milk for human consumption.
STORAGE INFORMATION AND SHELF-LIFE: Store at room temperature (15-25 ºC).

Shelf-life after first opening the immediate packaging: 1 year
